The main aim of our organisation is to deploy highly trained operatives into the working field in order to conduct any operation in the most professional manner. Therefore we have divided into two large sections:

1) Training

Our training programs are some of the toughest on the market with physical and theoretical assessments where we teach our students how to react in the most extreme situations, how to think under pressure, how conflict management works and why is important to always develop your skills. We welcome any individual, company or organisation to join our training courses in order to gain knowledge and vast information in specific subjects they are interested in. This way we can help other companies train their staff which will have a positive impact on the private military and security market due to a higher number of well trained professionals. Our courses programs are conducted in the U.K. and abroad. All the firearms training, courses and operations are conducted in Poland under very strict rules and regulations. Every individual or company will be screened and vetted under British and European laws before being deployed to any course or operation.

2) Military and Security Contracting-

Providing qualified and experienced personnel is essential to any operation no matter how big or small it is. Sending only the best operatives to undertake our work is part of our obligation towards the client that’s why Dragon Shield Tactical has brought together a team made only from professional and well-trained individuals with high skills, knowledge and experience within the military and security industry. Over 90% of our staff are ex-military, athletes or private contractors. Joining our team is not easy and only the best can become part of it as we have very strict recruiting criterions and we are proud to keep it this way. We strongly believe in raising the standards that’s why we are always improving our services. Due to our director’s backgrounds we have created a militarised system based on the ones used by SIAS and BSIJ, a system that had never failed ever since, made of respect, punctuality, daily training, self-motivation and strong communication skills.
